Q: I put a large bulk item with my regular trash and your men did not take it when they picked up my trash. Why not?

A: All bulk items must first be scheduled for pickup through the office at 215-675-8000. Many items can not go directly into the regular trash truck, they need to be picked up with a specialty truck. Once the bulk items are scheduled for pickup they then can be scheduled for pickup with your regular trash or at a time when the specialty truck can pick them up.

Q: How do I dispose of cans of paint?

A: Open the cans and pour kitty litter into the paint. This will allow the kitty litter to absorb the wet paint. Once the kitty litter absorbs all of the paint it is safe to put out with your regular trash.

Q: I use the RecycleBank program and I want to know when the points will be posted to my account?

A: All George Leck and Son Inc. Residential subscription service customers are entitled to earn RecyceBank reward points. Members of the RecycleBank program can earn Points in a variety of different ways - through home recycling, recycling their electronics, and by participating in some of our partner programs. See all of the current ways to earn Points, by visiting the Earn Points section. www.RecycleBank.com

In the home recycling program, your RecycleBank cart will be weighed each week upon pick-up. The weight will then be translated to RecycleBank Points. The more you recycle, the more your household can earn. In a few select communities, households earn rewards based on their equal share of the total amount that their entire community recycles.

Although Leck is partnered with RecycleBank, we are not able to answer their customers service issues. If you have a specific RecycelBank questions or concern please contact RecycleBank at www.RecycleBank.com or at 1.888.727.2978
